Important Information
・Due to high demand, your online consultation may start up to 15 minutes earlier or later than scheduled. We appreciate your understanding.
・Medications will be prescribed based on the doctor’s assessment during the online consultation.
・After the online consultation, you will receive an email with instructions to complete the payment process. Once the payment is confirmed, your medication will be sent via Yamato Transport.

Individuals who are not eligible for prescriptions
・Those aged 75 or older
・Individuals who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or actively planning to conceive
・Individuals with liver disease, kidney disease, heart disease, type 1 diabetes, diabetic retinopathy, or gastrointestinal disorders (e.g., gastroparesis, Crohn’s disease, inflammatory bowel disease)
・Individuals with a history of gallstones or those who currently have gallstones and have not undergone surgery to remove the gallbladder
・Individuals with a history of pancreatitis or who currently have pancreatitis
・Individuals with a personal or family history of thyroid cancer or multiple endocrine neoplasia type 2 (MEN2)
・Individuals taking insulin or sulfonylurea medications
・Individuals allergic to Rybelsus or Ozempic
